Friday, October 12, 2018 - 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Saturday, October 13, 2018 - 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

  • Gale Centre Arena - 5152 Thorold Stone Road

Are you on the voters list? Residents can check out www.voterlookup.ca to confirm if they are registered to vote in the 2018 Municipal Election.

Who can vote?

  • A Canadian citizen
  • At least 18 years old
  • A resident of the City of Niagara Falls
  • A non-resident owner or tenant of land in the City of Niagara Falls,or their spouse
  • Not prohibited from voting under any law

Note: You may only vote ONCE in the City of Niagara Falls municipal election regardless of how many properties you own or rent within the City.

Acceptable Identification
A voter must show the required identification when arriving at the voting location before receiving a ballot. There are two ways of having acceptable identification. The first is one piece of ID showing your name, Niagara Falls address (where you currently live or won property) and signature.

Here are examples of acceptable ID:

  • Ontario driver’s licence
  • Ontario Health Card (photo card with address)
  • Ontario motor vehicle permit (plate portion)Cancelled personalized cheque
  • Insurance policy
